How do I log into my account?

Please click on the ‘My Account’ option on the top tool bar of our website. You will be prompted to enter your Username and Password.

How do I view my orders?

Please log in the ‘My Account’ area of our website.

Select the ‘Your Orders’ option to view an order summary. Please select an order to view order details.

How do I change my contact details?

Please log in the ‘My Account’ area of our website.

Select the ‘Edit Your Details’ option and change your details accordingly.

How do I change my password?

Please log in the ‘My Account’ area of our website.

Select the ‘Change Password’ option and enter your new password.

How do I change my username?

Unfortunately it is not possible to change your username once an account has been created.

I’ve forgotten my username, how can I retrieve it?

Your username, unless changed by you, is defaulted to your email address.

If you still have problems finding your username, contact our customer support team.

I’ve forgotten my password, how can I retrieve it?

For security reasons your password is encrypted and cannot be seen by anyone but you.

Please select the ‘Lost your password?’ option on the login screen to have a new password emailed to you.

Once received, we recommend that you log into the ‘My Account’ area of our website and reset the password to one of your choice.
