What do I do before sending my iPhone?

Before you sell your old iPhone to Mazuma, there are several things you need to do. These include:

• Unpair your Apple Watch if you have one connected to your iPhone
• Back up your data on your iCloud account
• Back up your photos
• Sign out of iCloud on the device
• Erase your apps and content and reset the phone with a factory reset – although we’ll still make sure we wipe your device on arrival
