Selling your console with Mazuma is an easy process. Whether you’re selling a PlayStation, Xbox, or Nintendo Switch, use these four steps:
1. Register your Sale: Search for your console and its generation, choose its condition and enter your details.
2. Sales Pack: After your sale has been registered, we’ll send you a free sales pack which includes a Freepost bag and postage instructions. You can choose to send your "device" using your sales pack, or by printing your own label.
3. Send Console: Make sure to send us your console within 14 days. Our Freepost bags are trackable using Royal Mail Tracking, and normally arrive at our HQ within 1-3 days.
4. Fast Payment: Once your console arrives at our HQ, we’ll check to make sure everything looks good and pay you on the same day (this applies Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, and does not apply to orders that arrive with us after 2pm).
