Lock Removal
Apple Stolen Device Protection Lock, Android Theft Protection Lock, and Activation Locks are all security features on both Apple and Android devices that prevent someone from gaining access to your device.
We require you to remove all these Locks from your device before sending it to us. If we receive your device with Apple Stolen Device Protection Lock or Android Theft Protection Locks enabled, we will be unable to pay for the device and will have to return it to you. There will be a charge of £15 per order to return the device to you.

Activation Lock is a security feature on Android / Google devices which prevents someone from gaining access to it. We require you to remove the Activation Lock / FRP from your device before sending it to us.

Android Theft Protection Lock is a security feature on Android 15, or greater, which uses AI, your device's motion sensors, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth to detect if your device is taken from you, and it automatically locks your device's screen to protect its content. We require you to disable the Theft Protection Lock from your device before sending it to us.

We require you to disable the Stolen Device Protection Lock from your device before sending it to us.
