Price promise
Our price promise guarantees you receive the full price quoted for your sale provided it meets our Terms & Conditions of Supply.
Once we receive your phone or device, if we find they do not meet our Terms & Conditions of Supply and the order value needs to be amended, we will email you a revised offer for your approval. If you are not completely satisfied with the revised offer, you can request to have the revised phone or device returned to you FREE of charge.
Revised orders will be automatically processed for payment if you do not reply to our revised offer email within 7 days. Price promise does not apply to blocked (registered lost/stolen) phones or devices.
Customers who purchase a 24-month handset contract ("Qualifying Product") from Mobiles.co.uk via the "Mobiles.co.uk/mazuma" url ("Qualifying Customers") are entitled to a £25 Mazuma promotional voucher ("Voucher") to be redeemed through the Mazuma website (www.mazumamobile.com) when trading-in their old handset via Mazuma’s website (the "Promotion"). The purchase of the Qualifying Product shall be subject to the mobiles.co.uk’s terms and conditions.
Vouchers are not transferable.
Each Voucher is redeemable to a value of £25 on the Mazuma website. The Voucher is subject to Mazuma’s terms and conditions, available at: www.mazumamobile.com/termsOfSupply.php.
The Voucher will be sent by Mobiles.co.uk by email to the email address provided on the original online purchase order. Qualified Customers will need to redeem their Voucher via Mazuma’s website within thirty (30) days of the Voucher being sent by Mobiles.co.uk, failing which the Voucher shall expire automatically and no replacement Voucher shall be issued.
The £25 amount shall be transferred provided that the Qualifying Customers trade-in their old handset in accordance with these terms and Mazuma’s terms and conditions and provided that the Qualifying Product has not been returned and/or the relevant service contract has not been cancelled.
If a customer returns any Qualifying Product and/or cancels the relevant service contract within 14 days of purchase, the customer shall be liable to pay back to Mazuma the amount received pursuant to the Voucher in relation to such Qualifying Product within 7 days from such return or cancellation.
Mobiles.co.uk cannot accept liability for Vouchers lost, delayed or damaged or for the temporary unavailability of Mobiles.co.uk’s and Mazuma’s website during the Promotion period for any reason.
By entering into this Promotion you confirm your acceptance of these terms and that you allow us to process your personal details for the purposes of running this promotion. Personal data held by Mobiles.co.uk will be dealt with strictly in accordance with Mobiles.co.uk’s Privacy Policy available at www.mobiles.co.uk/privacy.html.
This Promotion shall be valid until 30th April 2016. However, Mobiles.co.uk and Mazuma reserve the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the terms of this Promotion or withdraw it.
The laws of England and Wales shall apply to this promotion.
